• Designed numerous workshops and training programs for managers and professionals: management and leadership integration in a time of globalization, free trade, privatization, transformation and change.

• Designed innovative training and development programs (management, leadership, sales, customer service, etc.) based on participant attitudes and behaviors from a business vision and entrepreneurial perspective.

• Prepared and published a nine-volume set of four training and upgrading programs for rising, developmental and elite hockey players.

• Designed and implemented the Program of Excellence for Hockey Québec.

• Received the Gordon Juckes Award from Hockey Canada for outstanding contribution to the development of Canadian hockey.
